Shipping& Delivery

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and order details.

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link.

  • A delivery notification email will be sent when your order has been delivered.

📦 Email Timeline:

  • In-stock items: 3 emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery)

  • Out-of-stock items: 5 to 7 emails (including order status updates)

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with FedEx and other freight shipping companies to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Free shipping is available on all standard orders.

  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States: The 48 contiguous states

  • Europe: Including the UK, Switzerland, and EU countries

❌ We do not ship to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing Time

In-stock items:

  • United States: 1–2 business days

  • Other countries/regions: 15–20 business days

Out-of-stock items:

  • United States: 15–20 business days

  • Other countries/regions: 20–30 business days

Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated from the date the order leaves the warehouse.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Other countries/regions: 10–15 business days

Items in the same order may have different delivery times based on stock location and availability.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:

  • Shipping from multiple warehouses

  • Reducing the risk of damage

  • Delivering items to you as quickly as possible

Sales & Transportation Taxes

All applicable taxes are already included in the product price.

Change of Address

Changes to shipping addresses after an order is placed may incur a $50 fee or more. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Storage Fee

If you miss a delivery call or appointment, please contact the courier or our customer service team as soon as possible.
After 3 days, storage fees may apply. Additional costs may be charged for:

  • Re-delivery

  • Storage

  • Return shipping

Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.

  2. Check your mailbox, porch, or other delivery locations.

  3. Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.

If 24 hours have passed and the package is still missing, contact us with your order number.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer a reshipment or full refund, based on your preference.
