We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SeaFun Furniture. Our team carefully checks each item before it is packed and shipped, but we understand that a return or exchange may sometimes be necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following Return & Refund Policy.
Please note: Furniture shipping fees are high. For returns or cancellations due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Order Cancellation
Customized items cannot be canceled.
For non-customized orders, you may cancel for free within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, if the item has not yet shipped, cancellation is still free.
If the product has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Standard Delivery: $100 per item
Truck Delivery: $300 per item
⚠️ Please store all original packaging and pallets in case you decide to return or exchange your order. Products cannot be returned or exchanged without the original packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if you're not fully satisfied. However, unless there is a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned items must be:
In the original packaging
In new and unused condition
Items NOT Eligible for Return/Refund
Customized items
Products labeled “Non-Returnable”
Discounted items sold as-is due to known defects
Items returned without authorization
Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery and will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours. Kindly include photos and videos to help us verify the issue.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.
Note: Items returned used or damaged may not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
Customized items cannot be exchanged. For all other products, feel free to contact us before initiating an exchange.
